詳細內容：工作職責/Responsibilities: 1、工藝流程設計,工序文件制定； Design process and make process document. 2、負責公司內部工藝、工裝和檢驗合理性交流； Take responsibility for internal process, tooling and inspection. 3、負責同行業間的工藝技術交流； Take responsibility for technical exchange in the same industry field. 4、負責廠內工時定額的計算； Take responsibility for calculation of work hour norm for factory. 5、負責產品的機械部分消耗定額、能耗定額計劃的編制； Take responsibility for mechanical parts consumption quota in products, work out plan of energy consumption quota. 6、負責生產操作中重大和一般工藝事故的日常管理； Take responsibility for major/common process accident. 7、協助有關部門做好職工的技術培訓工作； Assist for relative departments to do training task. 8、對生產過程中出現的工藝技術問題，負責分析并提出解決方案； Take responsibility to analyze technical problem of process in production and be able to solve the problem. 9、整機檢驗規范的編制（機械部份）； Make inspection specification for machines. 10、評估產能，設定標準工時及生產節拍，持續改善和提升生產線的效率、質量的持續改進。 Evaluate production capacity and set standard work time and production, sustain to improve production line efficiency and product quality. 崗位要求/ Job requirements: 1、汽車零部件加工制造相關行業從業8年以上工作經驗 。 Above 8 years experience in automobile parts or relative fields. 2、熟悉機械加工藝，能制作工藝文件、裝配作業指導書 。 Familiar with mechanical process, be able to make process parts and assemble work instruction. 3、熟悉掌握Office、CAD等工具軟件 。 Be able to use Office, CAD and software tools. 4、熟悉工時制定,能夠計算生產時間，計算產品成本。 Familiar with setting work time, be able to calculate production time and product cost. 5、熟悉常規表面處理工藝及熱處理工藝,熟悉車、銑、刨、鏜等設備加工工藝 。 Familiar with surface treatment process and heat treatment process, familiar with machine, milling, digging, boring processes. 6、熟悉盤轂類,齒輪類產品機加工工藝流程、數控加工節拍分析表的設計和編制,有專業齒圈.盤轂等汽車零部件單位工作經歷者優先。 Familiar with wheel hub, gear wheel product processes, design and make NC machining analysis sheets. 7、英語四級以上，具備熟練的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力以及很強的語言表達能力和溝通能力。 Above CET4, be able to oral/reading/written skill English and good skill of communication. 8、邏輯思維較強，做事嚴謹、責任心強。 Strong logical thought, conscientious, careful and responsible.
